World-class mtn biking, hiking & river kayaking are steps away. A short walk to downtown Lyons, parks, trailheads, restaurants & venues. Our private entrance, downstairs space is comfortable and clean & quiet. Includes 2 BR, large living area, full bathroom, and a kitchenette. Extra airbed available. You’ll have our cozy lower level all to yourself. It has a very large living area with a sofa, loveseat and 2 chairs. There is a tv with DVD player and lots of dvds & Chromecast. The living space also has 2 desks and a cozy reading chair. The dining room & kitchenette are attached to the main living space so it all feels very open. The two bedrooms are set up to be super comfortable. Quiet street located near Lyons Middle/Senior High School. Walking distance to Picture Rock Trail, the St. Vrain River and downtown Lyons. We value the quiet space for ourselves and our neighbors and ask our guests to be mindful of noise. Lyons is a small town and we are in walking distance to most things in town.
