Make yourself at home! A perfect location for a fishing weekend on the Platte River, hitting the high country on a snowmobile, or just a weekend getaway. This recently remodeled townhouse will feel like a home away from home. The house sits on same street as the popular Saratoga Hot Springs as well as only a few minute walk to the local restaurants and pubs. Park your vehicle right in front of the house, or pull your truck and trailer along the side or in the rear of the property. After enjoying the local sights and what the valley has to offer, enjoy relaxing around the townhouse. Feel free to access the WiFi or kick back and catch up on shows on the smart television. Don’t feel like eating out? Feel free to cook up your own meals in the brand new kitchen. Also make sure to use the new bbq out on the back patio. Whatever your plans are while visiting Saratoga, just know that this house will make your stay that much more enjoyable. Please feel free to use the entire townhouse. Also out back through the rear patio doors is a small concrete area. Feel free to hang out in that area and feel free to use the bbq as well. As the weather improves the landscape will get cleaned up and ready for summer months. There is a small detached garage that we ask you to avoid as it is under renovation. While we don’t live right in Saratoga, we live only a short drive away if an issue needs to be addressed. A quick text or phone call can also be a great way to ask for directions or recommendations for what the area has to offer. Saratoga is a quiet place where the outdoors are calling for adventures to be made. The townhouse sits right in the middle of town, only a stones throw from the hot springs, Platte River boat ramp, restaurants and pubs. The neighborhood is quiet but full of friendly people. The best way to get around town is with a vehicle, 4-wheeler, side x side or even a bicycle. Simply choosing to walk is even a good way to enjoy what the town and valley has to offer. Once arriving, you will notice that we have supplied all freshly cleaned linens and towels. In the kitchen, we have supplied everything that might be needed to cook in the house and basic spices. There are full sets of dishes plus utensils and common kitchen supplies found in the cabinetry. There is also a coffee pot with filters and coffee. Anything else we are missing please let us know as to improve the next guests stay. This property is not lived in, so it is not full of someone’s personal belongings, making it more of a retreat rather than staying in someone’s house.
