Welcome to our newly renovated 1920s bungalow, where there is something for everyone. Looking for a getaway from the usual telework home office or a different atmosphere to homeschool the kids for the week? Need a large home to host your family vacation? Do you and your girlfriends need a little R&R? We have the perfect place just for you. Enjoy water views from most rooms in the house. The new kitchen has every thing a professional chef would need to prepare an amazing meal or host a dinner party for 10. Sit with your guests at the bar height dining table or dine in the front sunroom overlooking the water. Kick back in the living room and watch TV on the 55” smart TV or play games with the kids at the table. Enjoy Netflix, Disney+ , Hulu, FUBOTv, ESPN and more. Feel free to bring your own fire stick etc. Enjoy the picturesque sunrise while sipping coffee in the front 4 season sunroom or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The house has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and an extra large room with 2 sets of bunks that sleeps 4. Plenty of room for a family gathering or a group of friends. Enjoy the comfortable atmosphere thru out the house with the new HVAC system. Love the outdoors? Relax on the patio with friends and family. Feel free to use the gas or charcoal grills to prepare your meals. Enjoy the night air roasting marshmallows or hot dogs at the fire pit; wood provided. Want to relax sitting by the water? We have a picnic table and Adirondack chairs out front. Plenty of extra chairs to take down to the waterfront deck to watch the kids, sunset or sunrise. Just kick back and relax. After a day in the sun, enjoy the outdoor shower with hot and cold water available April-Nov. (shampoo and soap provided) What do be adventurous or playful? This house comes with 3 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 5 bikes, life jackets and an assortment of lawn games. If you're needing additional Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes (children's or adults), Strollers, pack n plays, etc. just ask for details. We have extra equipment for your rental use. Would you like to have outdoor movie night? Rental a mini sailboat sunfish or rowboat? Just ask for details. Would you like to take a day trip to Ocean city, Fenwick or Assateague and don't want to haul the equipment from your home? We have you covered... Just ask about our beach equipment rental packages (includes: chairs, towels, cooler, umbrellas/anchor, boogie boards, skim boards. etc) Enjoy your day out without the hassle). Want to try your hand at fishing at the public fishing pier, off your private dock, or by kayak? We have plenty of fishing eqpt for your rental use.
