You'll find enough living space to spread out inside and outside by the water, or beach fire pit. The guests will have full access to the equipped chef's kitchen with gas stove, quartz countertops and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and 10-person dining table. There's also easy access to the grill outside. Direct access to the back deck with seating for your morning coffee. Enjoy tons of space in the living room for cooling off or movie night after a long day on the water. You'll have access to over 360 movies to stream! Each bedroom is furnished with linens and towels to save space in your bag for your swimsuits! TVs are installed in each bedroom with live TV or on demand streaming. Or use your own accounts with the fast wifi included. Bunk room is equipped with large tv and Wii gaming system. Newly renovated bathrooms throughout come with hotel shampoo and soaps to help get you started. Full size washer and dryer on site with starter detergent. For the nostalgic, board games are stocked in the basement, or beat the high score on our arcade machine! There's also a ton of space in the fenced side yard to run and play when the kids haven't had enough! Just a few easy steps from the back decks is a large Tiki deck with bar height seating with views of the water. Shade and ceiling fan included! Swim and fish from the dock or tie up your boat or rental for easy access. Plenty of water sport rentals within just a mile or two. Build a fire in our fire pit on your own private rock beach. Walkway to dock is for walking only, not taking pictures with large groups. Only 3 people at a time on walkway. Buck beds have 200 lb limit on top and 225 lb limit on bottom.
