Guests have a private terrace with outdoor furniture (seasonal), private gardens and walking paths enclosed in a fully fenced nearly half acre setting. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, and grocery stores are just a mile or two away. Indoor garage parking included. Public beach access via Yaquina road end is a short walk away.
