Other important things to note: - We have a dedicated maintenance crew, so, in the unlikely event that any maintenance issue comes up during your stay, you're in safe and prompt hands! - The house has 2 king-size beds; one bunk bed; one queen-size sofa-bed; one single-person sofa bed; and two air mattresses - 11 guests can sleep comfortably in the house in any weather. But if your group is 12 or 13 people, one/two of you will likely need to sleep on an air-mattress in the upper porch. It's spacious, as you can see from the photos, but cannot be fully insulated, and so may not be suitable for extremely hot nights (at least for light sleepers). - Finally, you must be honest about the number of guests in your party. It may affect pricing, and if even if it doesn't, it will often affect the cleaning crew's schedule. Please respect their time and work by communicating truthfully about the size of your group.
