The home is on a large corner lot on a picturesque private dead end street. By the way, we don't just show the waterview and awesome sunset to hide the home as you have the best of both worlds here as this is no little summer cottage. Enjoy the awesome kitchen, dining, and living area whereby the foodies in the bunch can entertain you. This comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath, handicap accessible (not ADA compliant though) home is one floor living at its finest. Each bedroom has a KING bed and the home is equipped for 8 guests. Enjoy the beach inspired open floor plan with a brick wood burning fireplace, a ramp to access the rear deck and home, walk in showers, and a 65" living room Internet TV if you can escape from the natural beauty of the Bay. Gaze at the famous Bay Bridge just slightly to our north that separates Kent Island from the mainland and Annapolis. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and experience panoramic sunsets along the Eastern Shore. There is a small neighborhood picnic area with swings and slides for the children just a short walk down Bay Drive or you can fish out front (don't forget your license) to the left of the green electrical box. Matapeake Park, Beach and Fishing Pier is only about 2 miles away. Romancoke Pier and Kayak launch is only a couple miles from us as well. Kentmorr Beach is another nearby location appropriate for families where you can swim, enjoy the sunsets, and grab a bite to eat at the Restaurant and Tiki Bar. Read the beach rules on Kentmorr's website. The tiny beach by the flagpole past the far right of our property facing the water is a private beach owned by our neighbor. Other nearby public beach areas include Terrapin Nature Park (great place for a hike) or Ferry Point. Visit Kent Island in MD. Get your group out of the office for a team build, meetup with friends, or take your family on vacation. Setup your Tee/Tea Time, arrange a wine tasting. Take a fishing charter, Bay Bridge Cruise, or kayak tour. Do some chicken necking, take a Bay Bridge fly over, or just enjoy the seafood restaurants and beaches.
