Private in-law suite

Private apartment attached to main house. Private entrance with steps. 1 one bedroom, full bathroom with two sinks and large walk-in shower, kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer. Perfect for one or two guests. We are 35 minutes from Dallas, only 20 minutes from DFW airport and 20 minutes from Grapevine. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Self check in The kitchen does have a microwave, 2 electric burners, Toaster oven and crockpot for cooking easy meals for two. Discounts for week long (7 nights) stay and for a month long stay. There is no guest interaction unless you request it. The separate entrance allows for your privacy and freedom to come and go as you please. The fenced section of the yard of your entrance does get mowed once a week on Wednesday and garbage is removed from the outside pail on Sunday. I can be reached by phone or text for any questions during your stay. The TV has Hulu and Amazon firestick. You can get plenty of channels, local channels, sports, and movies. The entrance does have several steps up and is on an incline.
