Christiana Cottage. Cozy home located near Gap.

The cottage is located in the town of Christana on a quiet street with a spacious deck and backyard. The home is owned by Jonathan Lapp and his family and managed by my husband Paul and I. There are 2 queen beds and a futon, the futon sleeps 1 adult or 2 children, for a total of 5 or 6 guests (6 when some are children) The home is located near Gap, Dutchway Grocery store & Restaurant is just a few minutes drive away. Amish attractions, Strasburg, Outlet shopping within 20 min drive of the home. There is no TV but there is a good WIFI connection. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and basic spices. The dining room table seats 6 with the additional folding chairs you will find in the closet. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed with new mattresses. The bath has a clawfoot tub and soap and shampoo guests are welcome to use. The living room has a sofa and a reading chair. The gameroom/ entry has a foosball table and futon. The futon sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. Bed linens and pillows for the sleeper sofa are located in the cupboard across from the sofa. Several board games are located in the closet for guests to enjoy. The home is within 30 minutes drive to Amish attractions, Strasburg, Sight and Sound. Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia, Exton within 20 min drive. There is no TV but there is WIFI throughout and there are severalboard games and foosball table as well as a few outdoor games. The back deck has a beautiful view to relax and enjoy nature. The home has a keypad lock for self check in but we are available for anything you might need ! The home is located in the town of Christana in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard and deck are spacious and perfect for outdoor dining or a play area for kids. There are several outdoor games in the laundry room. Off street parking is available at the home. Uber is available as well. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. We will not tolerate parties or loud music. Please respect the neighborhood.
