Approximately a 10 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, surrounded by beautiful hiking trails, rivers to kayak, and a couple blocks down from the county Fairgrounds. The property includes a fenced in front yard with many included amenities! Feel free to ask any questions and hope you enjoy your stay! :-) Single Duplex unit includes two bedrooms with queen sized beds, an upstairs bedroom with one king sized bed, one bathroom, one kitchen, and a living-room. The rental also includes a private fenced in front yard. Guests are limited to the right side of the Duplex as well as the fenced in front yard.
