Modern Waterfront House with Water Rentals!

Newly renovated two bedroom, one bath on the inlet of the Yahara River & Lake Kegonsa next to a charming campground in nature. Enjoy fishing off the piers or kayaking in summer and ice skating on the inlet in winter. I also have a fire pit available to use. Lake Kegonsa State Park Trail is nearby for walking or snowshoeing. Ask about the sister location! NO PARTIES. You will be asked to leave if there is any party activity seen. This two bedroom home has one queen bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed. There is also sleeping space on the pull out couch in the living room. There is roku TV in the living room and one bedroom. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. There is not central air in the home, we have window AC units and ceiling fans, and a portable fan. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Only three vehicles are allowed to park in our driveway. Guests have access to entire house, except for garage. You may fish on the piers in the summer months. Do not walk on campground or campsites as it is private property and I don't own it. The owners will ask you to leave if you're on their property. Ice fishing is not allowed on the inlet. Guests are not allowed to walk on piers in winter months. If you would like to ice skate on the inlet please let us know prior so we can get you a waiver to do so. Do not walk on ice without filling out waiver first. Please do not throw rocks on ice as I make a skating rink. Please bring your own wood and burning equipment if you plan on using the fire pit. Please have someone watching the fire at all times and completely put it out before leaving it. Additional guests not on reservation must be approved by management. ** Water rentals are subject to time of year and availability. Please let us know prior to checking in if you would like to rent any equipment** If you would like to bring a boat, it must be approved prior. It must be a 1995 or newer. You must also provide current proof of insurance for the boat and fill out our boat slip agreement. Your boat trailer will count as one of the three vehicles allowed to be here. There will be an additional fee to have your boat in a slip. Dry docking is not allowed. This house is very strict on loud parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This doesn't mean you can't be out by the fire the backyard talking, but other people live on the property and there are neighbors so please keep voices low and music at a respectful volume. All forms of smoking are not tolerated. Do not hang anything on walls or windows. This includes decorations, wall hangings, etc.
