This unit is equipped with modern kitchen appliances, clothes washer and dryer upstairs, gas barbecue grill, TV/satellite receiver/remote, 4 queen and 2 single beds, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans of various sizes. The unit is heated/cooled by a forced air system.  We have installed an electric power generator to protect you in case of a power outage. The generator does a self-test once each week. If you hear it going on for about ten minutes, it is normal. We provide linens, towels, pillow cases, bed covers, trash bags and paper supplies. NOTE:THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED
