North Shore Kauai Rental, with Air Conditioning and Pool. Aloha and welcome to Honu Haven, a beautifully decorated, single level, two bedroom/two bath condominium in the heart of Princeville. In a great location, you are steps away from the refreshing community pool and Robert Trent Jones designed golf course. Walk or hike to Wyllie Beach or take a short drive to Anini Beach or Hanalei Bay to soak up the sun or swim with the Honu (turtles) and colorful fish. Convenient shopping and restaurants are nearby in both Princeville, and Hanalei. The master bedroom is furnished with a California King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower head and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bathroom has a tub with a shower. Both bedrooms open up to a lanai sitting area. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo. Luxurious bamboo linens and air conditioning in all rooms ensure a restful nights sleep. If you would like to freshen your wardrobe, there is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The well appointed kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances-you’ll love the double oven, and is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. A dining room table and bar stools are there for your indoor meals in addition to the table and chairs on the front lanai for dining al fresco. Guests can enjoy the 65” smart TV with Bose Bluetooth sound bar in the living room, able to connect wirelessly to your own devices. A 40” TV is in the master suite and a 32” TV is in the guest bedroom. (NOTE: the guest bedroom is not connected to the cable system and only functions as a smart tv). To make your trip to the beach easier, we have gear including a collection of beach chairs, coolers, bags, and even a boogie board! While most neighborhoods are walking friendly, most likely you will need a car to adventure to other areas of the island. Please remove your shoes upon entering and make every effort to keep sand and dirt outside. Please use the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of hiking or enjoying the beach. 2. Please notify the property manager immediately of any problems with the house so we may quickly address it. 3. Our home is in a residential area. Please be a thoughtful neighbor and keep noise, music, etc. to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. 4. Wrap, store or refrigerate all food and drinks to discourage pests. 5. Trash should always be bagged tightly in plastic bags and deposited in the trash cans. 6. Please feel free to do laundry while you are here. Washing towels and linens helps out during your stay. 7. This is a non-smoking home. 8. If your home offers air-conditioning. We kindly ask that your turn off the units when you are not occupying the rooms. Please let your property manager know should any leaks occur from the units. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: Check-out time is 10:00 am , unless a late check out has been prearranged. Please wash and replace all dishes, cookware, food storage containers, and utensils in their proper place. Lock all doors and replace the key in the lock-box. A $25 fee is charged for lost key. Excessive cleaning, trash, sand in homes, and dirty laundry (more than one set of sheets per bed and two towels per person) will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
