Welcome to Peaceful Southbrook! You will have the entire place to yourself. There is a keypad for entry. Recently remodeled with tasteful decor, a stocked coffee bar and comfy bedding!! There is a nice little area in the back yard with a patio set and a barbecue grill. In the heart of Rolla just a couple miles from Fugitive Beach, MS and T, Fort Leonard Wood, Trout Parks and beautiful Meremec Springs Park. Very close to shopping and restaurants and only about 1 mile off of I-44. Tv’s in all 3 bedrooms and 1 in living area. Lots of DVD’s to use as well. Washer and Dryer. On premise parking for 3 cars and street parking if needed. You will have access to the entire house, front yard and back yard. Restaurants are close by, one within walking distance. Walgreens and Walmart are less than 2 minutes away. We are close to several parks and a walking trail and just about 10 minutes from Fugitive Beach, a favorite destination in Rolla. We are just 5 minutes off of I -44 and only 15 minutes from Ft. Leonard Wood.
