Staying here puts you minutes from Lake Cumberland State Park, Lake Cumberland Damn, Hatchery, many restaurants off the water and on. 2 minute drive to water or 5 minute walk. On the water you are a 5 minute ride to State Dock or Jamestown Marina, where you can eat, fill up with fuel, ice or just about anything. Our entire home is set up to make your lake get-aways fun and relaxing, from the two large decks, screened in porch, or game room with foosball, basketball, game system or dozens of movies to choose from. You have walking access to the water which is a rare amenity on this Lake. We also have a boat ramp within our community that makes it nice for you to bring your own boat or you can rent one from Jamestown Marina or State Dock both near by and fun marinas that offer full service stores, restaurants and entertainment. Our home has two floors, upstairs is the nice size, private, master suite with a nice deck with dining table off bedroom, also has open concept livingroom, dining room with galley kitchen that includes bar seating and a breakfast nook with seating and a Coffee Bar as well as a screened in porch off dining area with another deck off porch. Downstairs you will find the second full bathroom, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, Gameroom and the Laundryroom. Master Suite: King Bed, Dresser & Large Closet, plenty of hangers, deck directly off bedroom, private entrance Kitchen:Large Fridgerator, Double Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Wine Fridgerator, Pots, Pans, cookie sheets, Fiestaware set for 12, plastic dish set for 10, silverware, waffle iron x 2, crock pot, Large low boil pot, multiple cooking utensils, wine cork, wine glasses, glasses, plastic cups, ziploc storage containers, gas grill, grill tools (see picture) Coffee Bar: Keurig, Electric Coffee Pot with Grinder, French Press, few pods and beans to get you started 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, Queen Bed, Queen Bed, Closet, Dresser, plenty of hangers 3rd Bedroom: Twin Bunk Beds, Pack-n-Play, Walker, High-Chair, Tummy Time Mat, Activity Chair Gameroom: Basketball Toss Game, Foosball Game, Gamesystem with games, MANY movies, Board Games, Cards, Snack Bar that includes mini refrigerator and popcorn station. Laundry Room: Full Size Washer & Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board Entire space is yours, and you are only a short walk to a boat ramp or to point where you can swim or cliff jump. It's a nice neighborhood that is part full time lakers and part weekenders with only a handful of rentals. We have one of the rare communities with walking access to water and a nice point were guests like to sunbathe, swim and boats love to gather. The point is a short walk on a pathway through the woods from the ramp which is also located in our community.
