Take in the mountains from all directions, and say hello daily to deer, turkey, geese, and the occasional bald eagle. Inside, enjoy the wood burning fireplace, and all the luxuries of city living. From wifi, Directv tankless hot water, stone walk in showers. There are two private master suites with king size beds, and a bunk room with full over queen bunks to sleep even the biggest of kids. Gas grill & fryers outside with extra propane tanks ensure you aren’t roughening it more than you want to. Enjoy the stocked ponds, fire rings, and covered porches! Please feel free to use the gas grill, fish fryers, and propane heater. I just ask you leave them as clean as you found them. Please don’t pour used oil in the yard or down any drain. I like to pour the back into their containers (next day), then dispose of the closed containers with regular trash. When using the fryers please put down newspapers or something similar (below them) on the concrete porch, to keep from staining. Wildlife galore! You will see deer, turkey, hawks, geese, ducks, and the occasional bald eagle, from the house almost daily. Please be aware, although not likely to come near the house, there are wild hogs, black bear, bobcats, and coyotes on the property. We catch them on our game cameras so we know they are out there. If you don’t feel like cooking, just a 5 minute drive has you to either K Kountry II or Lil’ Mama’s. Both have excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Chicken fried steaks are my go to. If you are here for Sardis Lake, you are only 15 minutes to multiple boat slips. Please stay out of the garage and shipping containers. We keep our personal belongings, in these areas, necessary to keep up the property between visits. Thank you! -C. Wiley Full access to the property, please stay out of the garage and shipping containers. If you want to venture out and see the beautiful 145 acre property, please stick to the trails and please do not touch any of the cameras, equipment, or feeders out on the property. Please be aware, although not likely to come near the house, there are wild hogs, black bear, bobcats, and coyotes on the property as they frequent our game cameras throughout the 145 acres. It is possible, for you to come across these animals while out on a walk. For your safety, please do not try to capture, chase, or harm these animals. I’m available day and night. Feel free to call or text my cell with questions or issues. (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) -C. Wiley 5 minutes to Clayton. Gas stations, 2 restaurants, dollar store. The Choctaw gas station also has a full grocery store inside. Sardis Lake and boat slips are (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from the house. Infamous Robber’s Cave is 45 minutes north up SH-2. This is where Jesse James and his gang hid out coming to and from their home in Kearney, MO. Please only park in the gravel areas, and refrain from driving on the grass. We have septic tanks/lines, so we don’t want to risk damaging them. Please don’t drive your vehicles to the ponds either.
