This home (25 minutes from downtown Ouray) has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, comfortable living spaces with spectacular views, a wood fireplace, an outdoor dining area, and flat-screen TVs. Our home has breathtaking views of the Cimarron and Sneffel's mountain ranges and outdoor space with a gas BBQ grill and mountain-inspired outdoor furniture. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures; the elevation is 6,985 feet. This home comprises two separate living spaces -- a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom main house, and a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment. Each living space includes a fully furnished kitchen and living room with a flat-screen TV, making this home perfect for multiple families who desire their own space. The apartment features elevated views from the private wrap-around deck. There's a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views. There are two parking spaces in the garage and plenty of additional parking available in the driveway in front of the home. Bed Configuration: Main House: Master - King Bed - First Floor 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed - First Floor 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed - Second Floor, 4th Bedroom (Loft) - 2 Twin Beds - Second Floor Apartment: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed - 2nd Floor, 2nd Bedroom -Queen Bed - 2nd and Adjacent to the Master Bedroom. The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended in winter (December through mid-March). Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
