"The Overlook" Studio Apartment on Molasses Pond

New spacious, sunny studio apartment located on Molasses Pond. The view is amazing from this upstairs apartment. There is access to a sandy beach with kayaks, beach chairs and fire pit located across the road. (This is our private property.) The large kitchen is fully equipped for making meals to enjoy inside or outside on the deck overlooking the water. A gas grill is provided on the deck. The open concept feels roomy and relaxing in this tastefully decorated studio with a futon and comfy rocker recliner. Starlink Satellite internet is provided for wifi. The studio offers a large TV with DISH TV and a DVD player. Enjoy the beauty around you as you are surrounded by nature. Games, books, DVD movies and puzzles are provided as another way to relax in this peaceful environment. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. A washer and dryer is provided. The apartment is accessed by outside stairs from the paved driveway. Free parking for two vehicles on asphalt driveway. A well maintained dirt road brings you to the apartment. Phone numbers will be in the guidebook at the apartment. The outdoors awaits with plenty of places to walk, hike or use an ATV. Or simply enjoy the water while watching the loons. Molasses Pond is good for fresh water fishing. The apartment is located on a dirt road that is well maintained and good for walking with access to woods and ATV trails. We are located about 50 minutes from Acadia National Park. Spend your days at the beach enjoying the water or explore the dirt roads close by that lead to windmills. These well maintained dirt roads are a great opportunity to easily explore the Maine woods. Keep your eyes open for birds, eagles and other wildlife like rabbits and foxes. You might even see a bear or a moose! For the best experience, bring your bike, Side by Side (UTV) or ATV. Beautiful in the fall, great for snowmobiles in the winter. Leave directly from the apartment to access the roads and trail system.
