It is a brand new listing but we have lots of hosting experience with wonderful reviews. This space has been stocked with brand new luxury linens, appliances, and decor. There is a locked door between our space and yours, so suite is very much separate from our living quarters. You will have your own private second-story deck accessed via outdoor stairs. You will also have use of our kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards. With the exception of our other Airbnb listings private outside space, you will have access to the entire yard. Guests have access to the entire yard with the exception of the private outdoor space assigned to the lower level Airbnb listing. This will be explained in further detail on arrival. We are home most of the time, and are as available, or as unavailable as you would like us to be. We are always available by phone to answer questions or address any issues. Only a mile and a half from the very quaint little city of Delafield. Lots of little shops, and restaurants, as well as a state, county, and city park all with beautiful hiking trails. We are also 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Oconomowoc. If you have more than 2 guests, kids, or pets please do not inquire. We have an understanding with neighbors to not overcrowd our yard , parking areas, or piers. Additionally there are no unregistered guests allowed on the property.
