Private room in a new home

Nice, clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Great neighborhood to walk or jog. Lots of little extras added at no extra charge. Less than 3 miles to I-10. 4.1 miles to Historic Downtown Milton on the Blackwater River Blackwater River State Park 17 minutes. Kayaking, tubing and canoe rentals available About 28 minutes to downtown Pensacola. Avalon beach approx. 17 minutes. Navarre about 32 minutes. My favorite Pensacola beach 38 minutes This is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom next door. Lots of little extras added at no extra charge. This is my home that I am sharing. It is comfortable for one or two guest. Might be okay for 2 and a baby sleeping in a pack and play. You have access to one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a mini frig in the garage with free water. There is some room in mini frig for small items. There is a Keurig in the kitchen if you want coffee in the morning. I have two large indoor dogs. Please do not interact with them if I am not present. Sometimes they bark, this is their home too. I do my best to keep them quiet. Lots of little extras added at no extra charge. Your privacy is my first priority. Please let me know what I can do to make your stay a 5 star visit! Nice large neighborhood. Great for walking or jogging. Please drive slow . You may park in the driveway. If you car leaks any fluids please park in the street. I try to have check in 4 pm to 11pm. Please schedule a time. Check out by 11 am. I usually have a guest checking in at 4 pm. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. We only book verified Airbnb travelers aged 25 and older with favorable reviews from others hosts. Please no shoes on the carpets. If your car leaks fluids, please park in street. All children must have an adult present at all times.
