Beaverton Harbour Boat House

Beautiful boathouse located on the water on Lake Simcoe. Lake, beach and park with splash pad on one side, river with overhanging deck on the other, boat slip in the harbour parking lot, restaurants next door, what more could you ask for! Ice fishing companies right outside the door in the winter. This is where I call home but I love to give other people the chance to experience life on the water when we’re away! July and August, 1 week rentals Friday to Friday. Message me for inquiries. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck over the water, take a 10 minute walk into beautiful Beaverton or walk around the harbour and go to Barney’s restaurant next door. Across the street there’s a splash pad and park for kids and a beach with picnic tables for everyone. Kick back and relax, you’ve earned it! If you’re looking for winter ice fishing, the companies taking you out are right outside the door! Guests have access to the 2 car parking in the front, the entrance on the main floor, the entire 2nd floor and the back deck. Guests do not have access to the room on the 1st floor or the boat garage. If we’re around, we can greet you upon arrival, if not, we’ll have a lock box with a key inside. I’ll be available to answer any questions through Airbnb or text if required. The space is NOT wheelchair accessible, there are 2 steps from the car to the front door and a set of stairs from the entrance to the 2nd floor.
