Cute bayside cottage

Charming little cottage in a quiet Middletown neighborhood. A short walk from Leonardo beach & close to amenities in Atlantic Highlands (including the Seastreak Ferry terminal). The house has 2 bedrooms, with comfortable beds & quality linens. Both bedrooms have AC. The common area is spacious & light including a small kitchen and dining table and a pullout sofa. Good wifi, antenna TV (can connect to your own netflix/prime etc). Comfortable for 4 but can sleep up to 6. Sorry absolutely no pets! Please be aware guests need to pass through the rear bedroom to get to the front bedroom. The entire house is yours. Cute front yard and spacious back yard. I’ll meet you at the property to hand over a key and then I’ll be available by phone or email during your stay. I am about an hour away in case of emergencies. This is a quiet, family-orientated neighborhood. If you want to relax and enjoy the local beach, away from the hustle & bustle then this is the place for you. Partying is definitely not the vibe in this part of the Jersey shore. Seastreak ferry terminal is close by in Atlantic Highlands - ferry to/from Manhattan. NJ Transit train at Middletown Station is a short drive away. Our no smoking and no pets rule is a health concern since one of us has asthma. Please respect it!
