Lakefront Vacation at Loon Lookout on Pushaw Lake in Maine
The Loon Lookout on Pushaw Lake is a beautiful lakefront house only 30 feet from the lake and located on Sandy Beach in a serene cove. This year-round residence offers a wonderful opportunity for four-season get-a-ways on Pushaw Lake. The open-concept living space provides a lovely gathering place for your family and friends as you enjoy the incredible view of the lake from the four large windows facing the water. In addition to the full-sized kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor, is a king-size bedroom, an oversized bathroom and a sleeping alcove with a day bed as well as a small office space and a pantry with washer and dryer. On the second floor, there is an oversized king bedroom and an alcove right outside the bedroom with a full-size bed. Spend the day out on the lake (three kayaks, canoe and 2-person paddle boat provided for your use!), relax on the 75' of lakeshore just steps from the house or take a swing on our two-person bench swing facing the lake. Enjoy grilling outside and eating at the picnic table with an amazing lake view. During the winter months, Pushaw Lake is a mecca for ice fishing and winter sports. The house has solid internet (great for remote work and school) along with a 65" Roku television in the living room (bring your Hulu, Netflix, etc... passwords). While everything you need for a fabulous lakefront vacation is on the property, Bangor Center with its charming shops and wonderful restaurants is a short drive away and we are a little more than an hour away from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. (Discounts available for weekly and monthly stays.) We are pet friendly and welcome your family dog, but we only allow one dog per rental. We look forward to welcoming you!
