The Mermaid Suite

This beautifully appointed suite is located below a primary residence on the east shore of Seneca Lake. Pathways lead to a spacious dock with lots of seating for both shade and sun, swimming, and a special cozy structure for reading and naps. The suite is near some of the best wineries, breweries, and eateries on the lake, not to mention that it is a 7 minute drive to Watkins Glen, close to the Watkins Glen Racetrack, beautiful Finger Lakes National Forest, and many other natural attractions. In addition to the Mermaid Suite, you have lake access, a private deck, a spacious dock, cozy beach house, woodland pathways, and gardens! Your hosts may or may not be on site during your stay. We are always within reach and happy to assist you in any way. We will give you as much privacy as you like, but we’re also available to chat, and we would love to share our knowledge of the area with you to be sure that your stay is the best for you! The Mermaid Suite sits on a private 1/2 mile road shared with other cottages. It’s just below a winery and vineyard on Route 414, a main road filled with wineries, breweries, eateries, and natural beauty. Close to Watkins Glen, the famous Gorge, racetrack, and more. Access to a private spacious dock on the lake included. Use of a car recommended. There is a two person maximum. Make the suite your central location for a full Finger Lakes experience. From here, you can branch out to all of the other beautiful places in the region, like Ithaca, Geneva, Seneca Falls, Hammondsport, and Corning. All within 30-45 minutes away! Beautiful scenic drives in between.
