Permit #02PROV004 -Plum Tree Cottage is a welcoming Cape Cod style home. It has three bedrooms, three baths (a total of about 2000 square feet), and easy access to our private beach. The house is furnished with comfort in mind. The downstairs has a full kitchen, a large living/dining room with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bath. The two upstairs bedrooms have king beds, dormered alcoves, and each has a private full bath. There are outside decks on three sides of the house with provisions for outside dining. There is TV, DVD and radio, as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Plum Tree Cottage is ideal for family groups or 2-3 couples to share (maximum occupancy seven people). We are a legally permitted local business. Permit #02PROV004.
