When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants this cozy and open kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food for the family or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Don't forget to check out our shared roof top deck that includes multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rockies. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a fully stocked kitchen including all the cookware you will need and covered garage parking. This location is perfect for solo parties, groups, business travelers and families. Other Things to Note: PARKING Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation. PET FEES There is a two pet maximum. The Pet Accommodation Fare is $100 plus $10 per night after 7 nights for the first pet. There is an additional $100 fare for the second pet. There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival. THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED CHILD PROOFING Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
