Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away! St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away! No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride! **Our cleaning team has been thoroughly trained & maintains Strict adherence to CDC cleaning guidelines & recommendations for sanitation, sterilization & disinfecting. We pride ourselves in providing a bacteria free home to ensure health and safety for our valued guests! All cleanings are inspected to the highest standards prior to the arrival of our next guests. Masks are also provided for guests!** This home is a private second floor apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cook top, toaster oven, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! Everything is new in 2020 at this fully renovated apartment! If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well. Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom on the lawn. Home built in the 1930s, but fully renovated with lots of charm! Please try to keep doors closed to allow the A/C to work efficiently as well as not letting bugs in since this is Florida. :) No local guests. Trash days are Monday and Thursday. Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. The green building you are staying in is tough to see from the road because it is so private, but is behind the front peach building. Photo government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation will be required to be sent to the hose within 24hrs of booking. When parking, you must park with the flow of traffic on the off site parking area. Maximum of 2 parking passes provided. Only 1 is given automatically. Second available upon request prior to check in. Each vehicle or motorcycle must have a parking pass. You must contact the host if you are going to be driving motorcycles or bringing a trailer BEFORE booking.
