Krazy K Ranch

Krazy K Ranch is a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) SQ FT farm style metal home. Located in Leonard, Texas. Private room and bath (not connected to bedroom) and shared common space. This is a home share property. Once settled in, or when you like, you will be given a tour so you will know where everything is located. This farm style metal home was built 3 years ago. It is located in the country and sits on 18.5 acres, there is plenty of outdoor space to explore. There is a wrap around porch with rocking chairs that is great for drinking your coffee while watching the sun come up, or maybe a glass of wine while the sun goes down. The inside of this home is open concept with concrete floors throughout. This is a nice place to relax and get away. We call this place Krazy K Ranch, but it is more of a farm. There is a garden on site as well as chickens and bee hives. We have two dogs on the property. Raider is a Cane Corso, he is large but sweet ,but no worries we keep him away from guests. Peppa is an American Hairless Terrier and is allowed free range of the house, but let us know if you aren’t a pet person we are happy to keep her out of the common space. On weekends breakfast is available upon request. **pets** We don’t generally allow pets in our home but we have just opened an on-site grooming and boarding facility. So if you are needing to bring your pet you can call and book a spot. When available you can evening schedule a grooming appointment. Guests may use all common areas of the house including the dining room, kitchen, living room, wrap around porch, and all outdoor spaces. Please make yourself at home in all of the common areas of the house. There is a refigerator/freezer in the laundry room that is stocked with beverages and some snacks. Guests will have their own private room and a private bathroom (not connected to the bedroom). The room has a refrigerator/freezer, desk, and smart tv. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. Guest are welcome to use the kitchen/dining room for cooking or gathering. There is a coffee maker, espresso machine, and hot tea that is available to guests.You will have access to the living room, kitchen, guest bathroom and all outdoor space. Feel free to sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful weather. I am generally available in person for any questions or issues you may have. However, you can always reach me on my cell or by email. You will definitely need a car, we are too far away from most things to use any other mode of transportation. We have tons of space for parking so that will never be an issue. Check-in/check-out is generally flexible as long as we don’t have back to back guests. During busy times check-in will be at 4pm and check-out at 11am. We try to be accommodating when we can so please let us know if you need to check in early or stay a little later. You are welcome to hang out at Krazy K Ranch before your published arrival time and departure time. In the event of another same day guest occupancy there are plenty of places to enjoy and hang out. If a guest happens to be in town for a wedding, we are conveniently located near several popular wedding venues.
