Farm grain bin that has been converted into a rustic and unique tiny home. Located just off of I44 on Historic Old Route 66 in Phillipsburg. Located on the same exit as Redmon’s Candy Factory and Gift Store. Only 11 miles to Bennett Springs State Park and 13 miles to Lebanon. Spacious, rustic, and authentic grain bin. Attention has been paid to detail to make it authentic, but very livable. Would be perfect for couples, families, or fishermen visiting Bennett Springs. It is located on Old Route 66 where the Midway Cafe and Motel once stood. The Midway was a stopping point for travelers on 66. It has been a rumor over the years that Bonnie and Clyde once stayed at the Midway. The bin has one loft bedroom with a queen bed. A sofa downstairs in the living area that pulls out to make a full size bed. A full bathroom with a shower. A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Boat Town Brewery is located 5 miles away at the next exit and the Rocking Chair Restaurant is located 5 miles down the road in Conway. We live on the adjoining farm and are available if a need arises. We have three children and love to travel with them. One of their favorite things about vacation is the different places we stay the night. We built the bins with our children and families in mind. We hope you are able to enjoy them and have a memorable stay! A full size air mattress and pack and play are available if needed. Just let me know before your stay.
