RENTAL PRICES INCLUDE your own UTV, fishing, pool, hot tub, hiking trails, games, and more! Kick back with your morning coffee on your cabin deck and watch the sunrise over the beautiful water at the ranch.The cabin is nestled in the woods with plenty of windows to enjoy many great views! It has a full kitchen, full bath, living room, tv, and enough room to sleep 4 people. Don't worry, we certainly didn't skimp on the mattress to ensure a wonderful night's sleep under the big starry Texas sky. All of our cabins at Dead Cat Ranch are ALL INCLUSIVE with a Polaris Ranger (21 & over with valid ID), fishing (basic fishing gear included), hiking trails, ATV trails, use of the pool and hot tub, archery, ax throwing, and many games. AirbNb experiences will also be available for purchase such as additional ATV rentals, gun rentals, clay shooting, horseback riding and more! We are also in the process of building more cabins and experiences so stay tuned! There is a gate at the main entrance that we will give you a code to right before your stay and parking is easy and free. The Airstream and cabin rentals include the use of our Polaris Ranger to get around the ranch in. We will almost always have staff on site in case there is something that might come up that you need. We can try to be as interactive as you would like us to be. Dead Cat Ranch is a 1,200 acre family owned ranch with multiple places to stay and many experiences to be had. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby to meet any needs during your stay. Nearby we have lake Palestine, zip line, brewery, Texas State Railroad, among many more things to do if you choose! Each guest will be able to use a Polaris Ranger 500 to get around the ranch with (some requirements will need to be met) when renting a cabin or Airstream AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! After the first full tank of gas, there will be a fee to fill the tank back again, if desired. Palestine has a public bus system along with taxi and car rental services. Also, there is a airport shuttle service to Palestine from the DFW or Tyler airport.
