The gray convertible sofa / lounge chair can be either lounge chair, sofa or serve as a bed for two. See video link below. The upstairs balcony has a bat house, so there might be droppings. Since there are many water elements on the property such as the pond and various streams, never leave children unattended. Do not enter the man-made pond or waterfall area. Do not walk on or through the culvert or downhill drainage paths as the materials and rocks can shift resulting in serious injury. Use caution navigating rock walls, slate steps or within the gardens, as surfaces are very slippery when wet. Use caution walking on paths, steps or patio as materials alter in shape, size, and depth. A charcoal grill is available for use. See video link below. Remember to pick up Charcoal. There is NO shooting or hunting allowed on the property although arrangements can be made at an alternate location. HOA and DEC regulations prevent the use of any motorized vessels on the lake. There are 4 kayaks and 2 paddleboards by the lake (late spring to early fall). Assorted life jackets are in a bin in the screen house by the lake. Since we cannot guarantee sizing, it is strongly recommended to bring your own to ensure proper sizing. Please return vests to the bin after use. The dock is very slippery. Water shoes are recommended. The depth of the lake is estimated at 22 feet. No headfirst diving into the lake. There is a steel fire pit lakefront where you may burn scraps, twigs or fallen debris but do not use the stacked, piled, freshly cut wood. The front entrance closet has outdoor amenities such as flashlights, lanterns, lake towels, hammock. Remember to bring bug spray or citronella items. A small Solo Stove can be used on the slate patio. Please follow the directions for proper use and storage after use. See video link below. Extra cars can be parked on the 40x40 stone parking area at bottom of driveway. Do not park along roadway as there are drainage culverts buried.
