Butler's Royal Blue Room

The yellow mansion is almost 200 years old. It has wonderful architectural properties, including a Butler’s pantry, Butler’s rooms and nursery. It also has a ball room. The Butler’s room is delightful and cozy, and we’ve insured that you have enough space for your personal items. You have access to shared Spaces, except for the formal dining room and living room which are kept private, and the pool which is often booked privately for events. Except for the formal dining room and living rooms, you’re welcome to visit some of the other spaces, which is shared. Please be quiet as I work here and there are other guests. You may use the garden. Please note that the pool area is often booked for private events and it’s not included in your booking. Only the first floor kitchen and amenities are available. There are external laundromats in the neighborhood. You Must consult with Tracy about using our home laundry. It is not always available. It's $15 per load. My housekeeper TRACEY is always available and lives on the residence. I’m also available if you like. The Yellow Mansión is very close to the Paterson Great Falls national Park, as well as Westfield Garden State Plaza, which is one of the worlds largest shopping malls. Downtown Paterson features a very eclectic, multicultural restaurant experiences, including Middleeastern, many South American, Caribbean and European cuisines. Parking is very easy in front of the mansion. However alternate side parking is strictly enforced on Thursday and Fridays, and you will get a ticket if you do not abide by the law. I have two lovely small rescue dogs, who demand attention by barking when you enter the kitchen. They are harmless but needy.
