The space Up 9 stairs, this secluded, private studio is small in size but big in comfort. It's just the right size for you to get a good night sleep before your busy day. And help yourself to California oranges and lemons from our trees. Enjoy the sunshine! Guest access As the apartment is stand alone, you can come and go as you please. Feel free to access the backyard which has chairs and a picnic table. Our residential home is on the other side of the yard. We are close by if you need anything. Other things to note First Friday's are really fun. We are just blocks to where it is happening in Bixby Knolls. Walk 3 blocks to Atlantic Ave and you can visit Stateside Crafts, Dutch's Brew house, Lolas Mexican Cousine, Brooklyn Deli, EJ Malloy, Rasselbach, and Cold Stone Creamery.
