We offer a well stocked and updated kitchen with 3 person breakfast bar, living/dining room, LG 55' flat panel TV(Roku), Nest controls and alerts, easy keypad entry, USB electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, sports and movie channels, and comfortable beds with crisp white linens and double sheeted blankets. Guests required to register and sign house policies, minimum rental age is 27 verified with driver's license. A gas grill is available for use with a $40 additional fee for cleaning and propane and guests should request at time of booking. Groups of unrelated guests for weddings are not allowed. 2 night minimum for weekends, 3 night minimum for UM graduation weekends. Football weekends require a Friday and Saturday night minimun stay.
