The Chalet Home sits on wooded grounds for a feeling of peace and seclusion. There is additional sightseeing and fishing on Long Island Bridge a short distance away. Relax on the private patio and listen to the surrounding loons and assorted wildlife. It has a Southwestern exposure that allows you to enjoy all-day sunlight and experience spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Inside is open concept living area that welcomes you to the main level with a charming decorative fireplace, knotty pine wood walls and views of the lake, dock and sandy beach. A full-size sofa, which pulls out into a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and matching loveseat face a wall-paneled TV for relaxing evenings after a day on the beach or lake. A family-style dining table seats 8 for dinner, although you may prefer to dine outside at the outdoor picnic tables. This home has a gas grill as well. Between the queen sleeper sofa and three spacious bedrooms, this chalet comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The first bedroom, located on the main level, features a queen-size bed, nightstand and mirror. Two additional bedrooms on the upper level feature twin beds. Guests share a bathroom with shower on the main level. You will be able to enjoy swimming in the lake or spend the day lounging on the sandy beach. You may take advantage of your private dock. You can bring a boat or rent one from the local marina to go out fishing, wildlife viewing or simply exploring the lake’s coves and bays. You will be able to launch your boat at the town launch right next to the Long Island Bridge. After a day of adventure on the water, gather around the fire pit for s’mores. From your central location, you’ll enjoy convenient access to other Lakes Region activities and events you can easily take advantage of all that surrounds you.
