Garden room in a very beautiful old Victoria home

My house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a nice big park Nearby to go for a run or a walk. Guests will have its own space in the room. Room is almost like a Studio apartment the only thing is the bathroom is separate from the room. I don’t mind if guests use the front open porch to read or have a drink. Of course nothing crazy. I like to give my guest there space but I’m always available for a call or a text My place is two blocks to the metro station that takes you to the downtown Chicago in 15-20 mins. We also have restaurants and bars walking distance. MacNeal hospital is only three blocks alway. It’s very easy to get around anywhere we have the Metra train to go to the city two block away with a 15-20 ride, the bus (cta or pase ) only three blocks in all directions. You could walk to some good restaurants or bars. Easy to bike anywhere or just get an Uber for faster way to anything or anywhere. FYI, it’s a family home and I do have a one year old baby girl.
