This listing is the front part of the house and has a large porch & yard. This is an older home, and has great charm and character but it also comes with the creaks and cracks that occur over time. Bathroom is located off the master bedroom Street Parking -permit provided for one car There is NO dishwasher in this home Trash - city cans for trash & recycling for both units are located on the west side of the house. You get to them by going through the gate on the west side of the house (walk outside and turn left) Washer/dryer combo: Super energy efficient, but it takes hours to do a load, so start it when you go to bed or leave for the day. It dries through extraction, not with heat, so items are still slightly damp when the cycle is complete. This allows you to shake out wrinkles and hang to finish. Minisplits in each room for HVAC Home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants).
