NWA Adventure Condo

Our condo on N. Garland is an exceptional basecamp location for all your NWA adventures! The complex is located across from U of A equine pastures and just steps away from Agricultural Park and Razorback Regional Greenway. For shopping adventures, located 1 mile from I-49 makes shopping convenient and those looking for Razorback explorations, main campus is just a short 1.5 mile trip south on Garland Ave. Or, simply relax at home or enjoy the swimming pool! Plus, NO Cleaning Fees! The space The entire condo was painted and decorated for comfortable nightly renting for up to 6 people in 2021. The condo consist of the top 2 floors of a 3-story complex. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Newly installed ceiling fan and light in the living room and recessed LED lights in the dining room and above kitchen bar provide abundant light throughout the downstairs, open floor plan. Only carpet in the condo is a rug in the living room and on the stair steps. The remainder of the condo flooring is either wood flooring or tile. All windows have new blinds and bedrooms have room darkening shades too. Guest access Guest will be given a access code for the deadbolt touchscreen on the door prior to arriving
