Charming Victorian Home - porch swing included

Charming Southern Victorian home in historic Salisbury NC welcomes you to relax on the swing on our huge wrap around porch. Enjoy a short walk past the gorgeous Historic homes to downtown. Rent 1 bedroom or you can rent the whole upstairs living space which includes bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower, family room and 2 bedrooms. Create a wonderful meal in the kitchen & enjoy it in the large dining room or on the back patio listening to the fountain in the goldfish pond. 5 minutes off I-85. We live in this home and we will make ourselves scarce unless you initiate interaction. If you need anything or have questions about the area please let us know. If you are adventurous you can enjoy a walking ghost tour starting in downtown in one of the top 10 most haunted towns in America. We have off road parking. Extra loving available from our 2 cats, 2 small dogs & 1 golden retriever puppy and 2 parrots free of charge. Animals are kept out of guest bedrooms and dogs remain in lower level of the house. Parking is in the rear of the house and is off Horah St. Get on Horah from Fulton St and we are the second driveway to the left. Initial part of driveway is shared so continue past the duplex on your right and pull into the rear of 408 S Fulton St. "We are a phone call or text away and will help with any accommodations or issues that could or may arise. Any of our guest are welcomed to join us for conversation and interact as much as they would like." Historic homes surround us, some of which you can tour. We are a short 5 minute walk to downtown shops, awesome restaurants and live entertainment. We are centrally located within 45 minutes of Charlotte, Greensboro and Lake Norman. Please always keep the side gate closed next to the house. White and grey cat is an inside/ outside cat so he can be let outside. Please do not let kitty with blue eyes outside or the dogs. Dogs and parrots will be in their own separate space when we are not at home. Cats go throughout the house except the bedrooms.
