Entire Townhouse near Fort Meade (long term avail)

Fabulous 3 bedrooms, 2 bath townhouse. We're 25 mins from DC, 20 mins from Baltimore, a few mins from I-295, I-95, and Fort-Meade. Flying in from BWI Airport? We're 15 mins away. We are a 10minute drive from multiple different grocery stores, shopping centers, LOTS of restaurants and breweries. Our home features a large deck with string lights, table/chairs, and grill, and a private fenced yard perfect for entertaining or just chilling and grilling. Laundry is available in the basement as is a bonus room featuring a desk, Lovesac, and television for hanging out and entertaining. One parking space is available. We also have a 2020 Jeep Compass that we can rent out to you as well while you’re staying at our home should you need a car to get around. Please let me know if you’re interested in that option (it is dog friendly) and available for rent through Turo. There is a keypad on the front door that we will give you the code to once the booking is completed! We will be available to answer any questions via email or text. We are living out of the area for now, but we do have a family friend who can be there at a minute's notice to help out with anything you may need in person. Our neighborhood is very quiet with families living around. There are many excellent trails within walking distance or a very short drive.
