Guests of The Tree Top Suite will find themselves surrounded by beautiful oak trees, stunning views of the Blanco River as well as private river access. *Located between the two dams on the Blanco River Two Dam Guest Cottages are appropriately named! Two Dam cottages are located only minutes from Blanco State Park and just a short walk to the Historic Town Square of Blanco guests will find an abundance of entertainment at their doorstep. This property hosts two cottages, the Tree Top Suite and the River Studio. Guests can choose to rent the cottages separately or the entire Two Dams property that will sleep up to 10 comfortably. The Tree Top Cottage located on the second level of the Two Dam property will accommodate 6 guests. Inside, find a private bedroom equipped with both a king and a queen sized bed, as well as comfortable linens and quilts. The living space offers additional sleeping with a sleeper sofa that expands to a queen bed. With an open floor concept, this comfortable living space opens up to the fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc. All the necessities one needs to prepare family favorites. Gather around the dining table that seats six for a family meal or board games. Refresh in a roomy bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Within 30 minutes explore Fredericksburg, travel Wine Road 290 that offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other.
