Gorgeous and well designed 1 bedroom apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps 4 only. The unit features include one Queen sized beds, Sofa bed, private kitchen and bath. We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rental. There are two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure. Street parking close to building. Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $50 for arrivals between 5-8PM. Departure is prior to 11AM.
