Private, Clean and Comfy Space to Stay

A perfect place to get great rest while traveling on business or to launch an adventure while in Vermont. Enjoy a newly constructed affordable one-room/bedroom space with a shower and toilet. Easily prepare a cup of tea or coffee in the morning before you begin your day. When you arrive you will find a well-lit walkway and secure entrance (we will give you the code before you arrive). Upon entering your space find a closet to store your belongings, and near the entrance area, you also have your sink and counter space. Here you will find crockery if you order food and the stay also includes Includes a Keurig coffee station. We provide tea and coffee so you can have a nice hot beverage as you like. We also have a fresh hand towel and hand soap at the ready. For a small space, we have ample natural lighting. You won’t feel like you are in a basement or a poorly lit room during your stay. The windows all open and create a wonderful cross breeze if you so like. Privacy is important and all the windows are fitted with adjustable shades that can go either up or down. We can accommodate three guests in this space. Two can share the full-sized bed and one of the seats folds out into a twin sleeping area. The bed is an extra firm memory foam mattress. We selected high-quality percale cotton sheets and a duvet for the bedding with a feather blanket inside to make you even more comfortable. The bed has four pillows, two are firm and the other two are soft so you can pick the perfect mix to have a blissful night of sleep. The fold-out bed includes many creature comforts that are tucked away in the closet. A memory foam topper, percale sheets, two pillows (one firm and one soft) to choose from. The bathroom is simple, clean and well ventilated with a shower and toilet. We supply soft towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well. The sitting area consists of two cushioned chairs, a Papasan chair and an adjustable seat that can fold out to a chaise lounge or a bed. Of course, we added plenty of pillows to suit most travelers comfort needs. The TV is wall-mounted and can be watched from the bed or the sitting area. It’s a modern TV that has many options for you to use it. It also includes a selection of digital channels at the least. We also want to remind our potential guests that the room has a knee wall and one should keep that in mind if they are on the taller side. If you have any questions, please ask and we would be happy to clear anything up. You have a private entrance to the room and no one shares any of the amenities. We live in the main part of our home and are available by phone or text. Our home is just a few minutes from many wonderful spots in the greater Burlington, VT area. We reserve the far right side of our driveway for parking. We have public transportation system within a ten-minute walk that can take you all over the greater Burlington area. The Amtrak station is about a 20 minute walk from the space. As hosts, we are also a home catering business and we can prepare and deliver food to your room. So, if you want breakfast or Dinner we can also provide that for you. We prepare traditional breakfast and we also can serve Indian dishes as well. We will pass along a link to an exclusive menu just for our guests before you arrive.
