Located at the center of the island, Captain John Fripp Villa #410 offers beautiful views of the 3.5 mile length of Fripp Island beach. As part of Phase II in the Captain John Fripp Villas community, this unit offers a pool for use by guests in this section only. Private parking spaces are conveniently located behind the building. There are NO amenity cards with this villa; therefore, renters cannot purchase them. With freshly painted common areas February 2020, this two level, 2nd/3rd floor, island villa is kept up-to-date to ensure guests are comfortable and can relax during their stay. A fully-equipped kitchen provides guests the opportunity to dine at home (new stainless appliances Nov 2018) and then relax in the evening on the oceanfront balcony or stroll along the beach. The family room is comfortably appointed (new seating June 2019) and includes audio/video equipment. NEW Wifi service by Comcast as of mid-August 2019. Sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed in the master bedroom plus one queen and one twin bed in the 2nd bedroom (second BR mattresses new June 2019). There is a queen self-inflatable air mattress for an additional two people. Maximum occupancy is seven. The unit includes a port-a-crib, two booster seats, monitors (bring batteries) and baby gate for those who bring small children. There are also videos for guests of all ages, as well as books, toys, novels & puzzles. Fripp Island, a gated community, is a wildlife preserve that is 19 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina and an easy trip to Hilton Head Island, Savannah and Charleston. There are several challenging golf courses around Beaufort plus wonderful dining in town - expanding every year. The Island itself offers a long beach that is seldom crowded so there is plenty of room to spread out the family beach blanket to enjoy the surf and sun. This is a great island for biking as there are bike paths and little traffic so bring your bikes and explore while enjoying the wildlife -you are sure to see deer.
