We are only 2 blocks from the nearest Metro Bus Stop, only 9 miles from New Carrollton Metro Rail, GreyHound and the Marc Train, we have street parking in a nice quiet neighborhood, with little traffic down our one block road. The Studio Apartment: Tucked in a neighborhood right off of the Highway 50 and Highway 3/301 junction, you are close to everything. Whether you are in the area for work or play, you've picked the best place to stay. Friendly commutes, plenty of shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, ice skating rinks, roller rinks, go-karting, amusement parks, nature parks, even hiking! You need to hit the gym? Let us know and we can make arrangements possibly at no cost to you. Our garage was recently converted into a private executive studio apartment - 288 square feet. Private entrance, private kitchen, living, and sleeping space, and your own private bathroom with a small shower stall. The full size bed accommodates 2 comfortably, there is a single roll-away bed tucked in the closet, and the sofa is nice and comfy, as well. We like to take care of our guests with complimentary coffee and tea, and our best advice on what's good to eat around here. The studio is excellently appointed with everything you might need to make sure you are set for your time with us. If you forgot something, just ask! We have you covered. Things To Do: Six Flags America is located on Central Ave in Bowie (8.8 m by car), but check out our Guidebook with all of our recommendations! The space is all yours. Self check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11 AM. Not suitable or safe for infants or children. There are utilities in the hallway that leads to the bathroom which contain the HVAC and hot water heater for the house. It's easily accessible and could be a hazard to children, therefore, the apartment is only suitable for adults. No smoking in or on the property. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Only registered guest(s) are allowed in the apartment. A registered guest(s) is considered someone that is part of the original booking or added to the reservation prior to the beginning of the rental period. Adding a guest after the rental period begins must be approved by the Owner. If a booked guest brings additional guest(s) that are not listed on the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund. We are available by text 24/7 and by phone, or in person more often than not. Bowie is the second safest community is Maryland, a municipality of 58, 631 located in Prince George's County with a very low rate of 0.94 for violent crimes and 12.89 property crimes per 1,000. Plenty of Uber and Lyft driver to service our area, plus access to the Metro Bus / Rail, Greyhound, and the MARC Train. There is a stepping stone walkway (see pictures) with a one step threshold into the apartment. There is also a step up to enter the hallway to the bathroom. As stated in the description, the bathroom has a small shower stall. There is no tub in the apartment.
