Das Sommerhaus has been thoughtfully updated and offers guests a warm and modern beachy vibe with all the amenities of home. The cottage is situated on a quiet street just a stones throw away from the lake. Guests are close enough to the main entertainment area that they can walk to any town destination but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle when peace and tranquility is what is desired. Upon entering, you will find a beautiful sunroom where you can catch a glimpse of the lake while sipping your morning coffee along with a great area to store all of your shoes, coats, towels and beach things; making it easy to come and go throughout your stay. At the Center of the cottage is a spacious living room with seating for the whole family which is equipped with a wall mounted smart tv with access to Netflix. Off of the living room, you will find the two well apointed bedrooms and the entry into the fabulous kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom is furnished with one queen bed, closet and dresser while the second bedroom was design with kids or extended family in mind and is furnished with one double bed, one twin bed as well as a dresser and hooks. Last but not least, at the back of the cottage, you will find a beautifully tiled washroom with bathtub/shower and a seperate full sized laundry room! The cottage is over 100 years old and full of charm, including some uneven floors, so watch your step! Depending on lake water levels, there is access to the lake right around the corner or you are just a walk away from the main beach.
