River Beach House

Enjoy the wonderful Views of the Illinois River and watch the wildlife, waterfowl and boats as they cruise up and down the river. Enjoy the fenced back yard for your furry friends while you grill and/or have a nice fire to wind down the evening. We want to make sure everyone has some space away from the everyday hustle and bustle while remaining close to Peoria. The entire place is yours to use as you wish, outside of the garage is private use only but there is plenty of driveway to park you boat, camper or trailer you may have with you. Front or Rear Access to the house via keypad and electronic entry so no hassle with keys. Available via email, text, or call. Quiet River Beach Drive Scenic Parkway for hiking, biking and enjoying the nearby Park or just down the road hiking on the local trails. Car or Uber, biking locally is also common. Great location 15 minutes from downtown Peoria and 10 minutes from shoppes of Grand Prairie for shopping, dining or just exploring the areas. Disclaimer: there is not an actual “River Beach” that is the name of the road that our property is on. Both north and south of our house there are public access points.
