As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan. Guests will enjoy the quiet wooded area but close to town, just 3 miles from shopping and restaurants. 28 minutes from Chattanooga River Rafting and 20 minutes from Clemson. Close to lakes, waterfalls, and plenty of outdoor activities. Laundry room is a shared space for homeowners and other guests. My husband and I travel but also live on the property and are available when in town. Quaint, quiet country home in the woods off of a gravel road, approximately 1/8th mile from the paved road. Close to fishing lakes that offer bream and bass. Ram Cat Alley Historic District Just off scenic Highway 11 close to Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee, and Golf Courses, shopping and lots of hiking. In addition there is a one bedroom cabin located on the property which also rents on Airbnb. Transportation is by guests vehicles and/or UBER or Lyft. The host is committed to a rigorous cleaning protocol developed with leading health and hospitality experts. The house is clean and comfortable. Guests will be provided a door code in their confirmation email. Note: the road to the house is old gravel and pavement and plans are in place to completely pave.
