This newly built studio apartment has brand new furniture, bedding, appliances and décor. It's located in a great neighborhood that is near Little Rock. Construction was completed in March of 2021. Perfect for long term guests, business travelers, and military personnel in training. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. Easy access to highway 167. This place books quickly so don't hesitate and chance missing out on this wonderful home away from home. If you like modern style and enjoy all the comforts of home, then this place is for you! This studio apartment is set up like a luxury hotel suite and the fully stocked kitchen is a great benefit for long term guests. The neighborhood is very quiet , safe, and peaceful. A professional cleaning crew has been hired and the space is sanitized with a powerful UV lamp after all guest departures to ensure the most comprehensive sanitization possible. The cleaning crew can clean the apartment and restock the refreshments every other week (upon request). Also, the apartment does not have a laundry washer and dryer but guests can feel free to request access to the main house to use the laundry room. I will be happy to wash towels and washcloths upon request as well. You will have full access to the entire studio apartment. It has a private entrance and is completely separated from the main house. Plenty of parking space is available at no extra charge. Also, feel free to access the large fenced in back yard or use the BBQ smoker/grill that is on the back porch. Heck, you can even jump on the trampoline if you'd like. :) You can have as much privacy as you would like but I'm here and available if you need anything. Please feel free to call, text, or come knock on my front door. I enjoy being social and I am more than happy to answer any questions but if you prefer to have total privacy, I will certainly respect that. This property is located on one of the three culs-de-sac that make up this beautiful neighborhood. There is very little traffic as there are no through streets. We are located just within the boundary of Cabot City limits and it is very peaceful and quiet. The property is two and a half miles from highway 167, thirteen miles from the Little Rock Air Force Base, and approximately thirty miles from Little Rock.
