The living space is an easy 3 steps up to the private porch . Sleeps up to 5,Nice place to entertain or just relax Stepping back into history and enjoying the blending of architecture and the environment The entire first floor living space including the private covered entrance porch is for dedicated guest use . The front porch is used for the owners home / office entrance The owner has a home architects office on the first floor and he lives upstairs. He is easily accessible if needed The rural residential neighborhood is located just outside of the village of East Aurora. The property includes a salvaged 1870’s stable structure , rustic farm stand and courtyard with fire pit. The village of east Aurora includes shops , the Roycroft Campus & a good variety of dining options Limited public transportation Pets are welcome if well groomed and house broken .
